If your pet has a problem during surgery hours, please telephone the practice immediately and we will ensure that you are offered an appointment on a priority basis.

Please make it clear that the matter is not routine and we will do our utmost to attend to you at the earliest opportunity.

CHANGE IN PROVISION OF OUT OF HOURS EMERGENCY CARE EFFECTIVE FROM 24TH MARCH 2020

We have entered into a partnership agreement with VETS NOW who will provide your out of hours veterinary care from 24TH March 2020.

Vets Now is the pet equivalent of an accident and emergency service, dedicated to providing pets with access to a vet out of hours. Because they don’t work during the day, they’ll be up and ready to see your pet at the time you need them.

It will also allow your pet to be constatntly monitored 24/7 should your pet require overnight hospitalisation.

Please telephone our USUAL NUMBERS & your call will be transferred to the VETS NOW OUT OF HOURS SERVICE directly.
